Tentang Al-Istinbath : Jurnal Hukum Islam

Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup, yang berlokasi di Curup, Bengkulu. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus dan ruang lingkup pada bidang Hukum Islam. Sebagai jurnal yang berstatus akses terbuka penuh, Al-Istinbath menyediakan akses bebas terhadap seluruh isinya dengan prinsip bahwa penelitian yang tersedia secara bebas bagi publik mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Mei dan November. Proses submission naskah di jurnal ini terbuka bagi para penulis. Naskah yang dikirimkan akan melalui proses penilaian dan seleksi oleh Dewan Editorial. Proses review naskah dilakukan dengan metode peninjauan anonim ganda, yang merupakan bagian dari kebijakan peer review jurnal. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan kesesuaian naskah dengan standar dan fokus jurnal sebelum diputuskan untuk diterbitkan. Jurnal ini menerapkan kebijakan akses terbuka penuh dan lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License untuk setiap karya yang diterbitkan. Al-Istinbath terindeks di beberapa basis data dan indeksasi, termasuk Google Scholar dan Garuda. Jurnal ini memiliki ISSN cetak 2548-3374 dan ISSN elektronik 2548-3382, dengan DOI prefix 10.29240/jhi. Berdasarkan data yang tersedia, jurnal ini memiliki peringkat SINTA 1. Total artikel yang telah diterbitkan sebanyak 241 artikel dengan jumlah sitasi sebanyak 1697. Jurnal ini tidak mengenakan article processing charge atau APC kepada penulis, sehingga proses submission dan publikasi naskah adalah gratis. Dewan editorial jurnal ini dipimpin oleh Laras Shesa sebagai Editor In Chief dan Lutfi El Falahy sebagai Journal Manager, keduanya dari Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup. Desk Review . At the desk review stage, manuscripts will be examined to ensure that they have met the writing guideline, focus, and scope with excellent academic quality. If they do not meet the conditions, the author will be given the opportunity to revise their manuscript according to the given criteria. However, there is also the possibility that the manuscript will be directly rejected. Peer review . When the manuscript has passed the desk review stage, it will then be delivered to two reviewer who are experts in the field of the submitted manuscript.
