Tentang RETORIKA: Jurnal Ilmu Bahasa
RETORIKA: Jurnal Ilmu Bahasa merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Warmadewa, tepatnya oleh Departemen Linguistik, Program Pascasarjana. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus pada publikasi artikel penelitian dan artikel teoretis dalam bidang ilmu linguistik. Ruang lingkupnya mencakup berbagai topik spesifik seperti morfologi, sintaksis, fonologi, semantik, pragmatik, tipologi bahasa, analisis wacana, penerjemahan, linguistik komparatif, sejarah linguistik, linguistik antropologi, linguistik ekologi, linguistik terapan, dan pembelajaran bahasa.
Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Penerbitan dilakukan oleh Warmadewa Press. Berdasarkan data terakhir, edisi yang telah terbit adalah Vol. 10 No. 3 (2024). Jurnal ini memiliki produktivitas yang tercatat dengan total 356 artikel yang telah diterbitkan sejak awal berdirinya.
Sebagai jurnal ilmiah, RETORIKA menerapkan proses peer review untuk menjamin kualitas artikel yang dipublikasikan. Jurnal ini terindeks di Garuda, namun belum terindeks di Scopus. Peringkat jurnal ini dalam sistem SINTA adalah S3. Identitas jurnal ini tercatat dengan ISSN cetak 2406-9019 dan ISSN elektronik 2443-0668, serta memiliki DOI prefix 10.22225.
Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan publikasi, jurnal ini menerapkan article processing charge (APC) sebesar Rp1.200.000 (IDR). Status submission untuk artikel baru saat ini dalam keadaan terbuka. Jurnal ini juga telah mengumpulkan total sitasi sebanyak 2.916 dari artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasikan.
Secara keseluruhan, RETORIKA: Jurnal Ilmu Bahasa berperan sebagai wadah publikasi ilmiah yang konsisten dalam frekuensi penerbitannya dan memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam bidang linguistik, terbukti dari jumlah artikel dan sitasi yang telah terkumpul.

The acceptance or rejection of articles will be decided by the editorial boards based on the review results supplied by the reviewers. The journal operates a peer review process and promotes blind reviewing. The editors reserve the right to suggest that the authors have their manuscipts proofread and to decline publication of manuscripts whose authors do not comply with the editors' suggestions.
