Tentang The Indonesian Journal of Socio-Legal Studies

The Indonesian Journal of Socio-Legal Studies (IJSLS) merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Indonesia. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus pada kajian hukum yang bersifat interdisipliner, dengan tujuan menjadi pusat produksi dan diseminasi pengetahuan di bidang socio-legal studies di Indonesia. Ruang lingkupnya mencakup berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti antropologi hukum, sosiologi hukum, hukum dan politik, hukum dan ekonomi, hukum dan psikologi, gender dan hukum, kesehatan, hukum dan masyarakat, serta hukum, perubahan sosial dan teknologi. Jurnal ini memiliki peringkat SINTA 1 dan terindeks di Garuda. Alamat DOI untuk jurnal ini adalah 10.54828/ijsls, dan alamat email kontaknya adalah [email protected]. The IJSLS menerapkan kebijakan open access dengan tidak mengenakan biaya pemrosesan artikel (article processing charge) kepada penulis, sehingga akses terhadap artikel-artikelnya menjadi terbuka bagi pembaca. Berdasarkan data yang tersedia, jurnal ini telah menerbitkan total 57 artikel yang telah mengumpulkan 327 sitasi. Tingkat penerimaan artikel di jurnal ini adalah 23,00%. Informasi mengenai jadwal terbit, frekuensi penerbitan per tahun, serta rata-rata waktu proses review belum tersedia dalam data saat ini. Demikian pula, data mengenai h-index dan indeksasi di Scopus belum tersedia. The IJSLS menerapkan standar etika publikasi untuk menjamin kualitas publikasi akademik yang tinggi dan temuan ilmiah yang dapat diandalkan. Meskipun jurnal ini belum menjadi anggota Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), kebijakan etikanya merupakan bagian dari komitmen terhadap integritas publikasi ilmiah. Secara keseluruhan, jurnal ini berupaya memajukan kerja sama internasional dan berbagi pengetahuan di bidang socio-legal studies Indonesia.

The objectives of The IJSLS are: to become a center of knowledge production and dissemination for socio-legal studies in Indonesia; to promote interdisciplinary studies of law; and to advance international cooperation and knowledge sharing in the field of socio-legal studies of Indonesia. The IJSLS focuses on, but not limited to, the following disciplines: Legal anthropology; Sociology of Law; Law and Politics; Law and Economics; Law and Psychology; Gender and Law; Health, Law and Society; Law, Social Change and Technology.

Although the IJSLS is not yet a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), we will strictly follow COPE’s guidelines and core practices. Manuscript All manuscripts are subjected to a double-blind peer review process. The author(s) must revise the manuscript based on the feedback provided by the reviewers and/or provide a rebuttal of their critique. Multiple Submissions and Redundant Publications The IJSLS considers only original manuscripts (i.e. draft articles that have not been published elsewhere) and have not been submitted at, or are under review by, another journal. However, manuscripts based on a thesis and content published on a preprint server or institutional repository will be considered. If the submitted manuscript is largely based on previously published work, or work that is currently under review at a journal, the authors are required to explain in a footnote how their submitted manuscript differs from their previous work and cite articles from which content is taken.
