Tentang Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika

Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika merupakan jurnal pendidikan umum yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Jurnal ini telah diterbitkan secara berkelanjutan sejak tahun 2000 dan mulai menerbitkan edisi secara daring secara teratur di bawah Kebijakan Open Access mulai tahun 2011. Jurnal ini terbuka bagi para guru, pendidik, dan peneliti pendidikan dari bidang pendidikan umum serta penelitian terkait, dengan fokus pada penerbitan hasil penelitian terkait praktik pengajaran di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika memiliki jadwal penerbitan yang teratur, yaitu dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus. Frekuensi terbit dua kali per tahun ini menunjukkan produktivitas yang konsisten dalam menghasilkan artikel ilmiah. Hingga saat ini, jurnal ini telah menerbitkan total 308 artikel yang telah mengumpulkan 7.627 sitasi. Sebagai jurnal yang telah berdiri sejak 2000, Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika memiliki sistem penilaian yang ketat untuk menjamin kualitas publikasi. Jurnal ini menggunakan sistem Double-Blind Peer Review untuk memastikan objektivitas, keadilan, dan kualitas publikasi yang tinggi. Dalam sistem ini, identitas penulis dan reviewer dirahasiakan satu sama lain selama proses review berlangsung. Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika terindeks di beberapa basis data dan portal jurnal nasional. Jurnal ini terindeks di DOAJ, Google Scholar, Moraref, OAJI, Portal Garuda IPI, dan DRJI. Selain itu, jurnal ini memiliki peringkat S3 pada sistem pemeringkatan SINTA. ISSN cetak jurnal ini adalah 1411-612X dan ISSN elektroniknya adalah 2355-6129. Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika menerapkan kebijakan Open Access, di mana akses terhadap artikel-artikelnya terbuka untuk publik. Jurnal ini juga menyediakan layanan pengiriman naskah yang terbuka bagi para penulis yang ingin mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya. Dengan fokus pada pendidikan dan pengajaran, jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyebarkan konsep-konsep baru dan temuan penelitian yang dikembangkan di bidang studi ini melalui informasi ilmiah yang relevan dan telah melalui proses peer review.

Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika is a nationally and internationally peer reviewed general education journal open for teachers, educators and education researchers from the field of general education and related researches. We welcome all contributions that enhance and illuminate the discussion on education. Jurnal Ilmiah Didaktika has been published continuously since 2000. Starting in year 2011, the journal issues are published online regularly under Open Access Policy. In this system, both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to prevent potential bias, such as based on nationality, institutional affiliation, or reputation. This policy follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Peer Reviewers . All manuscripts submitted to JID must comply with the journal’s focus, scope, and author guidelines. The manuscripts should demonstrate originality, relevance, scientific merit, and novelty within the field of education. Before being sent for review, all submissions are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin software. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improving the quality and clarity of the paper. The review process typically takes two to four months , depending on the number of submissions and the complexity of the manuscript. Any articles submitted in this journal should be scientific (research articles), original, and have not been previously published and is not currently being considered for publication by another journal or media. The journal presents research and development in the field of teaching and learning. The article is written in English which fulfills the criteria of good and correct writing. Submitted articles should normally range from 3,000 to 6,000 words in A4 size paper with margins as the following: top 3 cm, bottom 2.5 cm, right 2.5 cm, and left 3 cm. The font is Times New Roman, size 12 and single-spaced, typed in MS-Word. The manuscript is submitted through the Online Journal System (OJS) portal.
