Jurnal Kimia Unand has been registered with the number online ISSN: 3026-2933 and printed ISSN: 2303-3401. Jurnal Kimia Unand is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Andalas, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. This journal is devoted to publishing original contributions on chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, and materials science, both theoretical and experimental studies. Among the research areas of interest are inorganic and organic, especially in developing materials with novel and/or valuable properties. Initially, J. Kim. Unand published articles in 2012, Volume 1. Number 1. November 2012 with a printed ISSN;2303-3401. This journal publishes 4 issues in 1 year and does not yet have an online journal system in the publishing process. This journal aims to publish the articles of undergraduate students of the Chemistry Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Andalas University, as one of the graduation requirements.
