Tentang E-Jurnal Manajemen Trisakti School of Management (TSM)

E-Jurnal Manajemen Trisakti School of Management (TSM) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus pada penerbitan artikel, baik berbasis penelitian maupun non-penelitian, yang membahas isu-isu manajemen seperti manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, manajemen operasional, serta ekonomi dan bidang terkait lainnya. Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal terbuka yang menerima submission dari siapa saja, dengan ketentuan artikel harus orisinal, belum pernah diterbitkan, dan tidak sedang dalam proses review untuk penerbitan di jurnal lain. Dari sisi indeksasi dan kredibilitas, E-Jurnal Manajemen TSM tercatat memiliki peringkat S4 dalam sistem pemeringkatan SINTA. Jurnal ini juga telah terindeks di Garuda, portal referensi dan indeksasi jurnal nasional Indonesia. Selain itu, jurnal ini menggunakan sistem DOI dengan prefix https://doi.org/10.34208/ejmtsm, yang memudahkan penelusuran dan sitasi artikel secara internasional. Meskipun demikian, berdasarkan data yang tersedia, jurnal ini belum terindeks di Scopus. Jurnal ini diterbitkan secara berkala dengan frekuensi lima kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Edisi terakhir yang tercatat adalah Vol. 6 No. 1 (2026). Proses penerimaan naskah (submission) di jurnal ini dalam status terbuka. Jurnal ini menerapkan sistem peer review untuk menjaga kualitas ilmiah setiap artikel yang diterbitkan. Total artikel yang telah diterbitkan hingga saat ini sebanyak 327 artikel. Sebagai jurnal ilmiah, E-Jurnal Manajemen TSM memiliki kebijakan yang jelas terkait etika publikasi dan proses peer review. Kebijakan ini dirancang untuk memastikan bahwa semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penerbitan, mulai dari penulis, editor, hingga reviewer, menjalankan peran mereka secara etis dan profesional. Proses peer review dilakukan untuk menilai keunggulan ilmiah atau kebaruan dari naskah yang disubmit. Dalam hal biaya publikasi, jurnal ini tidak mengenakan article processing charge (APC) kepada penulis. Hal ini menjadikan jurnal ini sebagai opsi yang terbuka dan dapat diakses oleh para peneliti dari berbagai latar belakang. Informasi kontak untuk jurnal ini adalah melalui email [email protected].

Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup

E-Jurnal Manajemen Trisakti School Management (TSM) is biannual publication issued in the month of March, June, September, and December. E-Jurnal Manajemen TSM is a scientific journal which prioritizes the publication of articles (research and non-research based) regarding to management issues (financial management, marketing, human resource management, operational management), economics, and others. This is an opened-journal where everyone can submit their articles, as long as they are original, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.

The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin or other plagiarims software. Every article in E-Jurnal Manajemen Trisakti School of Management (TSM) that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double Blind Preview Process . After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects.
