Tentang Journal Of Sustainable Research In Management Of Agroindustry (SURIMI)

Journal Of Sustainable Research In Management Of Agroindustry (SURIMI) adalah jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Politeknik Negeri Cilacap. Jurnal ini memiliki ISSN cetak 2776-7272 dan ISSN elektronik 2776-7280, dengan DOI prefix 10.35970/surimi. SURIMI merupakan jurnal peer-reviewed dan open access yang fokus pada publikasi penelitian signifikan dari seluruh bidang agroindustri. Ruang lingkupnya mencakup agroindustri bahan baku, teknologi pengolahan produk pertanian, teknologi pengolahan produk perikanan, manajemen agroindustri lingkungan, proses dan mesin agroindustri, teknologi informasi agroindustri, bioteknologi agroindustri, serta pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis agroindustri. Jurnal ini dikelola oleh Program Studi D4 Pengembangan Produk Agroindustri dan diterbitkan oleh P3M Politeknik Negeri Cilacap, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Proses submission naskah di SURIMI saat ini dalam status terbuka. Penulis dapat mengirimkan naskah melalui sistem yang tersedia. Setiap naskah yang masuk akan melalui proses review yang sistematis. Proses dimulai dengan Initial Review oleh Dewan Editorial untuk melakukan seleksi awal. Naskah yang lolos seleksi awal kemudian akan diteruskan ke tahap selanjutnya dalam alur review. Jurnal ini menerapkan sistem peer review untuk menjamin kualitas dan orisinalitas setiap artikel yang diterbitkan. SURIMI diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Jurnal ini terindeks di Garuda. Berdasarkan data terakhir, jurnal ini memiliki peringkat S4. Total artikel yang telah dipublikasikan sebanyak 40 artikel. Edisi terakhir yang tercatat adalah Vol. 4 No. 2 (2024): SURIMI : Oktober 2024. Sebagai jurnal open access, SURIMI menerapkan kebijakan article processing charge (APC) yang gratis. Tidak ada biaya yang dikenakan kepada penulis untuk mempublikasikan artikelnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan komitmen jurnal untuk menyediakan akses terbuka terhadap ilmu pengetahuan di bidang agroindustri. The Journal of SURIMI is managed by The D4 Study Program of Agroindustrial Product Development and published by P3M Cilacap State Polytechnic, Central Java Indonesia.

Duties of Authors Reporting Standards: Authors should present an accurate account of the original research performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Researchers should present their results honestly and without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation. A manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bestari/reviewer and will go to the next selection by Single Blind peer review process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Mitra Bestari/ peer reviewer that collaboration with The Journal of SURIMI (Sustainable Research In Management of Agroindustry) is the experts in the agroindustry area and issues around it.
