Iklila Jurnal Studi Islam dan Sosial aims to exchange ideas on various topics related to Islamic Studies in a broader sense, not only Islam as a religion per se but also Islam and Muslims related to their historical, social, cultural, and political context. Iklila attempts to publish the new inventions of Islamic studies, focusing on, but not limited to, political Islam, Islamic Education, Islamic Law, Islamic economics and Business, Quranic and Hadith Studies, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Thought and Literature, Islam and Peace, Science and civilization in Islam, Islam in local or Indonesia, Islam and gender, and Islam and The Environment.
