AGROTECH : JURNAL ILMIAH TEKNOLOGI PERTANIAN adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Widya Mataram, Yogyakarta, melalui Fakultas Teknologi Pangan. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus utama pada publikasi hasil-hasil penelitian di bidang teknologi pangan dan produk pertanian. Ruang lingkup keilmuan yang dicakupnya tergolong dalam kategori Agriculture, Biological Sciences & Forestry serta Biochemistry, Genetics & Molecular Biology.
Sebagai jurnal yang berfokus pada teknologi pertanian, AGROTECH menerima naskah penelitian yang berkaitan dengan aspek teknologi pengolahan, pengawetan, dan pemanfaatan produk pangan serta hasil pertanian. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun dan memiliki status submission yang terbuka bagi para peneliti. Edisi terakhir yang tercatat adalah Vol. 7 No. 2 (2025).
Jurnal ini terdaftar dengan nomor ISSN 2548-3757 untuk edisi cetak dan ISSN 2620-7508 untuk edisi elektronik. Dalam hal indeksasi, AGROTECH telah terindeks di Garuda, portal referensi jurnal ilmiah Indonesia. Jurnal ini belum terindeks di Scopus. Total artikel yang telah dipublikasikan hingga saat ini berjumlah 85 artikel.
Untuk proses penerbitan, AGROTECH menerapkan article publication charge (APC) sebesar Rp300000. Biaya ini tidak gratis dan menjadi syarat bagi naskah yang diterima untuk dipublikasikan. Informasi mengenai jadwal terbit yang pasti belum tersedia, begitu pula data rata-rata waktu review, tingkat penerimaan, serta metrik sitasi dan h-index tidak dicantumkan dalam data yang tersedia.
Secara keseluruhan, AGROTECH : JURNAL ILMIAH TEKNOLOGI PERTANIAN merupakan wadah publikasi yang konsisten untuk diseminasi kajian ilmiah di sektor teknologi pangan dan pertanian.
