Tentang Malcom: Indonesian Journal of Machine Learning and Computer Science

Jurnal "Malcom: Indonesian Journal of Machine Learning and Computer Science" merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Institut Riset dan Publikasi Indonesia (IRPI) bekerja sama dengan beberapa universitas di Riau dan Indonesia. Jurnal ini memiliki fokus pada bidang Computer Science & IT, dengan ruang lingkup yang mencakup berbagai topik seperti Data Mining, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Big Data Analytic, Computer Vision, Expert System, Text and Web Mining, Parallel Processing, Intelligence System, Decision Support System, dan Software Engineering. Jurnal ini terdaftar di Perpustakaan Nasional dengan ISSN cetak 2797-2313 dan ISSN elektronik 2775-8575. Dalam hal tata kelola editorial, jurnal ini menerapkan proses peer review yang ketat. Setiap artikel yang dikirimkan akan direview oleh minimal 2 orang reviewer. Artikel harus merupakan hasil penelitian asli dengan tingkat plagiarisme maksimal 15%. Proses pengiriman naskah dilakukan melalui sistem Open Journal Systems (OJS) dalam format .doc atau .docx, dan penulis wajib mengunggah Pernyataan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual/Hak Cipta saat submission. Jurnal ini menerbitkan artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris. Jurnal ini memiliki jadwal penerbitan tiga kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, April, dan Oktober. Setiap edisi berisi 10 artikel. Hingga data terakhir, jurnal ini telah menerbitkan total 441 artikel yang telah mengumpulkan 2798 sitasi. Edisi terakhir yang tercatat adalah Vol. 6 No. 2 (2026): MALCOM April 2026. Status submission jurnal ini saat ini terbuka untuk para penulis. Mengenai biaya, jurnal ini menetapkan article processing charge (APC) sebesar Rp1.000.000 (IDR). Meskipun demikian, dalam deskripsi fokus dan ruang lingkup disebutkan bahwa seluruh proses hingga penerbitan jurnal ini tidak dipungut biaya. Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup

MALCOM: Indonesian Journal of Machine Learning and Computer Science is a scientific journal published by the Institut Riset dan Publikasi Indonesia (IRPI) in collaboration with several Universities throughout Riau and Indonesia. MALCOM will be published 2 (two) times a year, April and October, each edition containing 10 (Ten) articles. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English. articles are original research results with a maximum plagiarism of 15%. Articles submitted to MALCOM will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. The submitted article must meet the assessment criteria and in accordance with the instructions and templates provided by MALCOM. The author should upload the Statement of Intellectual/ Copyright Rights when submitting the manuscript. Papers must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format.
